One of these people had more than 25 years experience and was your leader of every pilot the company ever did for a new program. Instead of having class and loyalty you showed you have zero and will fire someone whose issues resulted from your own corporate failures. If you aren't ashamed you should be. You have built a place that will never be a "best place to work"!
