Pros

Associa is more of a family than a work environment which is hard to find in the Corporate world. The company really strives to improve processes and standardize across the world so employees can easily transfer to other locations. Community Management can be a tough business but at Associa you get the support you need in order to be excel in your career.

Cons

Community Management is an ever changing business so it can be difficult if you have a hard time with change.

I love making an impact in the communities we serve. Helping HOA's manage their finances, improve properties, address concerns and build relationships

Pros

Cafeteria and work-out room on site.

Cons

"Merit" raises are consistently below cost of living rate increase, focuses on company growth over employee retention, processes are constantly in flux, mass employee turnover in multiple departments. 401k matching is "improved" to half.
