Pros
I have worked for Associa for 15 years and I can tell you that if you are a performer who applies themselves and participates you will get noticed and rewarded with opportunities for advancement. I have had the been promoted multiple times over the years and have served our clients in two branch offices, as well as our Home Office and Shared Services Center in Dallas where my contributions have been noticed and I have been asked to participate on multiple projects as well as having been able to complete all of my industry specific credentials and ongoing extended education. I can't share enough how grateful I am to them for all of the opportunities they have provided.
Cons
The health benefits, though probably on par with other companies, are expensive and have high deductibles.
