Pros
I can see many initiatives coming from the company, making our work tunned to new requirements of the every day changing life. Really appreciate the new and advanced technilogy approach, as I feel the whole property management industry is not activelly using current technologies, I hope very much that we are getting there.
Cons
Not too much to say, in general I am happy. But the nature of the buisness creates isolation of the working place, which is hard to overcome. I have to admit though that the company makes many efforts to bring peaple together.
