      Pros

      Co-workers where great and that's really it.

      Cons

      Inconsistent direction and instructions, micro-management, hostile work environment created by upper management, large work load/ portfolio, benefits are expensive but not extensive, no real opportunities for advancement and compensation wasn't worth the hours.
