Pros
The benefits of Associa are great. The insurance, 401K, educational opportunities, and other benefits are definitely a plus. There are advancement opportunities with a strong feeling of promotion from within.
Cons
My previous company was purchased by Associa. There has been a lot of changes, for example software programs such as accounting software, digital invoicing, the employee timeclock system, and the homeowner portal. Another con is that there has been a lot of turn over in the company, and it is hard to get to know other employees at the corporate offices. The large amount of change in a short amount of time has been frustrating. Moving from a small local company to a global company has presented challenges over the last few years.
