Maple Ridge - Customer Service Representative Associa Employee Review

Horrible communication within the company and with Residents, work orders take months to a year to be completed, hardly can reach anyone within the same office, many corps are turning over because some managers don't care to get their work done in a timely fashion, where is the leadership? Common sense?Work Ethic? Supervision??????? Organization is a disaster, lots of documents missing or someone didn't care to retrieve some of them from previous management, accounting is a absolute mess by giving out late fees on PAP or 3 months behind in data entry, receives e-mail responses days after when needed... should I go on?
