Co-workers were wonderful to work with and we all helped each other out.
Cons
Absolutely no training, no upper management support, lack of notification, to employee(s), when procedures have changed and/or a new procedure is put into place, overwhelming work load of properties and no positive motivation. The branch I worked in did not practice their core values.
