No Place for Upward Mobility - Anonymous employee Associa Employee Review

HR blatantly lies about what they can offer for salary. Found out after years of working there, that what my original ask was, was paid out to someone less qualified then myself. Also, noticed certain departments held some of my co-workers back based on education, not experienced. A friend was hired and was an excellent employee but because he didn't have a degree, they wouldn't promote him and it was a KNOWN thing in his department.
