Upper management is useless and makes the most irrational decisions. Too much ego to listen to constructive criticism. The Miramar, FL office is a disaster and should be re-evaluated by seniors. Don’t let them fool you with the salary range, it’s a lie and raises are a joke. It’s a constant revolving door from admins to managers and directors. Worst place I’ve EVER worked.
