Pros
Great on-site team, pay was decent, oncall only one week in a year, highly recommend/promote obtaining your CAI designations
Cons
Where do I start - Some of the members on the executive team behavior is immature and they do not provide support to on-site employees. Be prepared to be ignored for weeks. You will end up pleading for reports that are necessary and should be included for board packets. These same individuals will lie to the board, if necessary to make themselves look good. In Board meetings I’ve seen myself the immaturity, there’s giggling, tons of texting/joking around, or rudely interrupting to answer calls. They are power hungry and there is heavy gossiping to the point where the CEO had to send an e-mail to the entire company about it. The Condominium division needs to improve the leadership. Great leadership comes with experience and definitely requires maturity. There is favoritism. Human Resources Department- If you have a HR question and email the recruiter by accident, they will ignore you. I’ve never seen anything like that, typically in other companies they will forward the email to the correct person or let you know directly who to contact. It’s as if the recruiter disappear after your initial welcome to the company orientation. Definitely does not show teamwork. You have to carefully monitor your paycheck and the Employee Paid portion - insurance deductions are very high.
