Pros
It’s a job that pays $16/hr, but comes with a ton of pressure. So this is a job for the “thrill seekers”.
Cons
This is an entry level Delinquency job that comes with little to no job security. Working at the location in Richardson, TX you will be micro-managed. This is like any other office job in the Dallas Area. To be honest the interview process will be easy, but that is when you will stop being treated like an adult. Also, you must go through Aerotek staffing services in order to get this entry level job. So before you’re hired permanently with Associa you will be “told” by Associa and Aerotek that you will be on a “90 day” trial period but that is not the case. Some people have been working at the company in this entry level position for almost a year and they are not permanent employees. The reason that is important is because you will also have to go through “another” 90 day trial period as a permanent employee. So the probationary period is “90 days” as a temp, and “90 days” as a permanent employee. The other catch with the probationary period is that its “90 working days” just Monday-Friday. The work schedule is from 8am -5pm, and they are not flexible when it comes to having a 2nd job.
