Pros
Co-workers were great to work with and was family friendly at one time. The benefits were decent but costly which is the case pretty much everywhere. Local management staff are good people but as over loaded as the rest of the staff with corporate reporting and unproductive tasks.
Cons
In order to make a living wage you have to take on more sites than is conducive to good performance and personal life and health. Due to low contact pricing commission base employee's have to forfeit quality for quantity.
