Pros

Hybrid work environment- not worth it.

Cons

Be prepared to be a glutton for punishment to work here. It’s a thankless, low-paying position where you’ll receive no real praise and empty promises. They want to incentivize you to do the bare minimum requirements with a promise of a small bonus. The catch is that you have to wait 12 months to get it. They want to incentivize you to facilitate projects with 65% of the project management fee but ONLY for the number of hours they think they can successfully bill a client for. I worked over a hundred hours on a project but was told to whittle it down to 25. Wage theft much? Oh, and you still have to do your 40+ hour a week job on top of that. They pay $10k less per year than competitors and tout their work/life balance and processes. Ha! They focus on Google reviews, not true client retention. Multiple complaints were made to HR about leadership by myself and other employees (past and present) and yet they’re not written up and they aren’t replaced. That sends a lovely message to the staff. Not! I’ve worked in this industry for 22 years and have never disliked working for a company more than I did working for Associa Minnesota. I loved my clients but hated the ridiculous hoops that had to be jumped through to get anything done.

Cons

I really can't think of any cons at this time.
