Pros
Ethical leadership at the home office and the branches is strong and shows vision. I work with some of the brightest people I ever have, with a focus on getting better everyday. Change can be difficult for some but it's inevitable if we want to continue to be a leader in the industry. The company continues to focus on improving the customer experience. We want to serve others and improve quality of everything we do. I truly enjoy what I do and the change the company is going through. Every customer matters, every employee matters. We need to continue to walk the walk and talk the talk until we create raving fans.
Cons
Do more with less, but that's every company. We have to continue to work smarter and not harder. The community managers have a hard job, trying to keep homeowners and board members happy within the rules. We need to continue to listen to our customers and provide excellent customer service by being responsive, solution oriented and over delivering.
