Pros
Your co-workers treat you like family. You have core hours that you work with three different choices provided by HR. Company can be flexible in emergency situations. Benefits are decent.
Cons
There are not a lot of opportunity for advancement at the Branch level, possible advancement if willing to move to Dallas HQ. This Branch has had many changes in Executive Management over the years including multiple presidents of the company. The pay does not match the level of work expected and you will be given multiple jobs outside of your job description.
