Cons
Communities are added to the portfolio without adjusting compensation. They merged two branches together without planning out the logistics and it has been a nightmare. We lose contracts every day and have lost a lot of employees. Instead of keeping staffing up, they expect the remaining staff to shoulder the work load and don't compensate for it. Communication from upper management is also horrible.
