Cons
There are many areas for improvement: - Transition Process - as of now, this process is not at all organized and the reason why everything else in the Accounting Team is difficult. - Property Accountants need more training as they make silly errors that delay everything. - Cash Management - this needs most work as it is very often that accounts are in danger of going negative and there is need to transfer money from reserves. This adds to the money that the operating accounts already owe reserves. - Community Managers need a lot more training than they already have. They need full training on accounting processes so that they are able to answer simple accounting questions for the HOA Boards.
