      Pros

      One of the best company to work with. Friendly Environment and great place to start if you are new on your career. PTO 2 weeks, No micromanagement.

      Cons

      Pay below average. Benefits are not good. I also heard the salary is not consistent. Some people get really good pay and some not even near close.

      I love making an impact in the communities we serve. Helping HOA's manage their finances, improve properties, address concerns and build relationships
