- Management is extremely un-involved. - I was given more work due to the other person I started with being unable to grasp the work. - Pay is not worth it. - Many of the employees are reliant on you and treat you poorly, regardless if it is your job, It would be nice to feel respected. - Poor training. Lack of training. - Most of the office works remotely most of the week, you are of course expected in-office even if you are alone. - Lack of enthusiasm.
