Pros
The people, culture, and development of employees is amazing. We are Strong, Stable, and Secure. The potiental for growth and advancement is awesome. All levels of management are involved and understand the business and the market. Online Banking and Mobile Banking are very cool.
Cons
Management tends to be reactive rather than proactive. Technology is lagging in branch offices. The entire bank is suffering from turn over because they pay too little. Other benefits are amazing but the 2 major benefits most people care about....1 pay and 2 health care are very poor.
