Pros
Great coworkers, and customers that made the day go by easier. Daily work flow consisted of deposits, withdrawals, scheduling appointments, cashier checks, and referring products.
Cons
To sum it up overworked and underpaid. HR has been stagnant in making any changes to help branches on a micro level. The turn over rate is high due to lack of appreciation, and over working their employees, pto is given but lack of coverage in branch causes it to be useless. District managers turn a blind eye to the work flow of a busy branch and don't give any recognition to hard working employees unless you're the top sales associate and even then you might just get an email shoutout.
