Business Outlook
Pros
Great teamwork, trusted by upper management to do our job, wonderful customers. Decent benefits, 401k, profit sharing, fair PTO, sick time and paid volunteer time off. Very easy to network throughout the entire company, small enough to care, large enough to make a difference.
Cons
Merging with Associated Bank. So many great people have already lost their jobs and will continue to. It is a very sad time in our banks history.
