Flexibility, Good experience, lots to learn, mostly friendly customers, helpful team support
Cons
Micromanagement wants to have great customer service but also wants you to be within a very specific set of ranges of times and numbers. While it is doable it's not something that can be achieved every single day especially with the every day changes the company is providing
