Pros
Training and leadership emphasize the key importance of relationships to build consumer trust and loyalty. The internal partnerships were important in generating leads. I was fortunate to have a great team of people with expertise that made me look good when working on solutions for my clients. Making the decision to leave was not easy, but hope I'll be back some day.
Cons
The industry is fast changing and the bank works hard to be ahead of the trends. If you don't adapt well to change, you could be challenged to be successful in this environment.
