I found nothing positive about working for Associated Bank.
Cons
Benefits are poor, compensation is not in line with industry standards, there is a large emphasis on, an expectation almost of loyalty to the company that the company does not show to it's employees. They are lagging in technology making simply trying to accomplish daily tasks frustrating and at times not even possible. Toward the end of 2019 when questioned in a company wide "town hall" about the then upcoming election as to who to vote for, the CEO answered that question, it happened TWICE. While this is not illegal, it is obviously inappropriate. Additionally, they encourage employees to donate to a fund that allows the bank to lobby politicians. They do not pay employees fairly enough to have the audacity to ask them to give their hard earned money back.
