Pros
If you are looking for a place to start out and move up relatively quickly, associated is definitely the place for you. Before Covid, access to upper management was easily attainable. My manager works closely with me to ensure that I am on the path I want to be on for my career progression and makes it the center of our focus. However, with associated being a medium sized company and regional, higher management positions than branch manager are increasingly rare and vacancies tend to be few and far between. So I'd say this job is great for those getting started on their professional growth, but after reaching a manager level, it may be a while before you see any progression.
Cons
Covid has obviously hit all sectors very hard, but 6 day work weeks at least twice a month (at least in my branch but I've heard complaints about it in others too) can be draining and makes work/life balance much in the favor of "work".
