Disappointing - Residential Loan Processor Associated Bank Employee Review

Process and Procedural changes could've been better relayed from corporate down to employee level. There were many times that we would find out about procedural changes weeks after and we would be reprimanded or talked to for not doing the process correctly when we were never notified of the change. During being laid off, they could've gone about laying us off more personally. They had us on a Teams call and basically said that everyone on the call was being laid off. There was a better way to have gone about that.
