Pros
Fast paced work environment, competitive salary, flexibility to get involved in the community.
Cons
Executive management was not very forthcoming regarding Bailout funds from the government. They told the staff it was an "optional" assistance program for "strong" banks. Couldn't have been further from the truth. Once the real story was uncovered, the CEO left the company. This experience left a sour taste in everyone's mouth and created quite a rift between the retail employees and management.
