About six years ago, I applied for a role at Associated Bank without knowing much about the company other than they were the official banking partner of the Green Bay Packers (which in itself is pretty awesome!). If I am being honest, I consider this decision to apply as one of the best decisions of my life and I've been pretty open about this with friends and family. The culture at Associated Bank is supportive, helpful, and engaging. I've had the opportunity to interact with all levels of leadership and colleagues from throughout our footprint, and I've learned so much as a young professional. I'm thankful for the continued opportunity to work for a company that cares not only about their colleagues and customers but also the communities in which we live and serve. Overall, I highly recommend. Also, as a testament to how much I enjoy working for Associated, I even convinced my wife to apply and work here!
Cons
None that I can think of. If you are looking for a company that's small enough to be there for you and our communities but large enough to make a true difference and impact, Associated Bank is a great fit.
