Pros
We're a regional bank but large enough to have tons of opportunities for career growth, but not so big that you get lost in the crowd. I've been here 18 years in multiple roles and departments. There is real effort from senior management to promote from within the organization and talent development programs that allow you to advance your skills and knowledge towards different career paths.
Cons
We're regional in WI, IL, and MN so there are limited positions available outside of those states. Midwest pay scale, but highly competitive pay for the area.
