Pros
I have been with several larger organizations and they only provide lip service on how they treat their employees. Here at Associated, employees are a part of the vision and strategy, they provide flexible PTO for those salaried and incentives employee health and wellness, partially by having several dedicated employees to offer health coaching and other services.
Cons
Overall pay and compensation are only slightly competitive, but from my experience, the support from management/leadership and the actual work life balance is a much better benefit.
