Pros

You can make some awesome friends. We have customer service week, which we celebrate with activities and good rewards along a full week. The management can be nice. We have a weekly draw of recognition for an employee.

Cons

Lost of a lot of staff. Making it more busy. Not good customer service with the leadership team promising a call back to the customer in 2 or 3 days, but they will take 5 days, or the customer calling in angry as to why he didn't get a call back. About the device shortages, again bad customer service on not letting the customer know, an email about the shipment being delayed would suffice. But our company doesn't do that and customers call in asking where it is, they get angry and gets to escalations. We had a ton, more than usual escalations because of the bad communication between company and client.
