Recent layoffs and job outsourcing to global partners is concerning. Leaders that push unrealistic KPI metrics then scream about poor quality are valued over those that care about balance of quality & quantity.
Annual reviews & increases (0.5%-2%) are a complete joke; there is no 'pay for performance', therefore being an outstanding performer is not valued. No room for growth, therefore salary caps out due to job grade salary ranges. Must change jobs/roles to a higher pay grade position in order to earn more.
Nepotism and favoritism abound. HR exists to protect the company, not to assist or guide employees with issues that arise.
