Great Place to work for, Job security even in Covid & Management supports - Project Manager/Implementation Consultant Assurant Employee Review

- KRA's Not defined properly when someone leaves job they assign someone from other department to do the Job. Like I was from Implementation I was asked to do Claims & Finanace job. - Zero HR inteaction with employees , yes we get everything on time like,salary,Insurance, Form 16. But How HR's interact with emoloyees in MNC the culture is not here.
