      Pros

      -Positive response to the pandemic -Fair benefits -Good opportunities to move around internally (after 1 year)

      Cons

      -Would not get rid of toxic managers, even after several HR complaints from multiple people -Rude and borderline abusive manager -Pressure to work overtime and unrealistic expectations from management -Micromanaging uppermanagement -No work life balance, some managers work 60 hour+ per week -Low pay compared to other companies -Very hard to get promoted -As low as 1% raise -Racist upper management -Very low work morale

      Pros

      Remote work across all lines of business allows for a flexible work environment

      Cons

      There is almost no opportunity for growth. The company laid off quite a few employees recently as part of a planned reduction in force while also reporting its highest quarterly earnings. There's no loyalty to tenured employees.
