Pros
Has always felt like an employee centric place to work. Team Managers have always provided good support and in my experience been approachable regardless of the issue, personal or work related. Full training given when you start that is classroom based, duration dependant on client you are working for. After training you are still supported after going live with a dedicated floor walker for the new starters. Other colleagues are almost always happy to help too if you are stuck. Same goes it you have been working there for a few years and get stumped on something. Teams I have worked in have always worked well and morale has been good. The ethos is pleasent. WFH options available since covid which are amazing, have not felt any pressure to return to the office as it has always been very much to the preference of the individual employee. We are encouraged to pop into the office on occasions for things like 1-2-1s with managers if we want to, but again this is not pressured. There are good opportunities to progress if you want to work towards them. Great holiday and benefits, Christmas bonus and variety of other schemes throughout the year. Overtime is double pay if it is available. Maternity and Paternity leave is good, company is supportive and understanding of family life. Internally sources for other roles within the company.
Cons
Medicash benefits could be better. Pay could be better but is not unreasonable for what the job entails. Can get tedious and boring with a lot of repetition. Not so much a con but not a pro - Lot of changes to process often to improve the customer journey. Whilst this is a good thing it can be difficult to implement straight away without errors. There is always a grace period for changes though.
