Nepotism. Employees were evaluated by how much their supervisor liked them instead of their work performance, behavior and attendance. Lack of opportunities for promotion. Merit increases were yearly but very minimal, maybe 2%. Entry level employees were getting paid more than me after being employed there for 8 years! I was a top performer!
