Was a great place to work about 11 years ago. They've had a change in leadership that will hopefully bring it some of the way back. It may take awhile to rebuild, but I would think it's a great opportunity to grow with the organization.

Remote work across all lines of business allows for a flexible work environment

There is almost no opportunity for growth.
The company laid off quite a few employees recently as part of a planned reduction in force while also reporting its highest quarterly earnings. There's no loyalty to tenured employees.
