Pros

Apart from the management and everything else the tool/ product that they sell is really good.

Cons

1. Constant negative criticisms and job being unstable. 2. Expected a better understanding between CEO and employees. 3. Job stability of every employee ( including Sales Managers & Sales Directors. 4. Constant comparing between other team members. 5. Expected the company to give at least 1% of revenue when deals get closed. (Contributed $75k in revenue to the company.

Great management and a formidable business model especially with the test center of excellence that has organically grown quite nicely over the years.

Cons

The culture demands responsiveness, most decisions are made quickly and things happen on the fly, often with little coordination.
