This company has an abnormal work environment, e.g. employees spied on each other. Management are clueless and incompetent and treats talents very badly. As a result, turnover rates are high. There is no professional growth within the company since the management is so insecure about their own positions and power. I would not recommend this company unless you are absolutely desperate for a job in the Chicago area.
