IT management a bit top heavy with too many people trying to define strategy - having Business Information Managers is a very outdated model and in conflict with the modern Enterprise Architecture Approach. Affiliates across Europe are quite ill disciplined and allow to do what they want. Compliance is old fashioned requiring wet signatures on all IT project documentation. Business expectations not managed well - business tends to get what it wants, especially if influenced by crony specialist suppliers or digital agencies selling snake oil.
