Pros
Flexibility to work from home or office as job required
Cons
Not allowed enough time for training; no communication between personnel training and supervisor; unclear, and unrealistic expectations; security policies not clear to management and not set up before first day; laptop set up with new software without anyone knowing about it and expecting work to be performed as if it was the same when it was not; supervisor was not interested in seeing work and then contacted staffing agency to terminate me because I did not perform work quickly enough when it was complex. New hire orientation process handled by contractor staffing agency, Access to databases took almost the entire time I was there and then was not correct. Was told that staff were treated like family and adults and it was a lie.
