Pros

Company has clear vision and mission, and in general already has good management system. Great place for new career starter to learn and develop, has benefit system and good amount of annual bonus.

Cons

Company is not good place for people who searching to work in comfort zone, because of the high demand and face pace, monthly salaries aren't that great compare to other MNC companies.

Pros

- The senior managements really care about the growth of their intern; thus, as an intern, I learned a lot about the role (strategy and partnership) and also about the company itself. - Had the chance to improve my communication and teamwork skills during my internship period, as I had the chance to present the project summary to the executive management.

Cons

- I believe Astra Digital team is doing their best to also support their intern; thus, as for now, I do not have any cons to the role and the company itself.
