Very good health care benefit. Good annual bonus

Cons

Monthly salary is a bit below standard, but still decent. If others are willing to pay you IDR 10mio, Astra will pay you IDR 7mio (just hope yours and company's performance is good so you could get up to 12 months of salary as bonus in end year). A lot of outsource employee, outsource employee's wellbeing is not as good as Astra's employee so motivation sometimes is a problem for them.

Pros

- The senior managements really care about the growth of their intern; thus, as an intern, I learned a lot about the role (strategy and partnership) and also about the company itself. - Had the chance to improve my communication and teamwork skills during my internship period, as I had the chance to present the project summary to the executive management.

Cons

- I believe Astra Digital team is doing their best to also support their intern; thus, as for now, I do not have any cons to the role and the company itself.
