1. A company that have solid experience through years. 2. Have a good enough SOP 3. Facilitate employee to spill their idea 4. Stable company, less impacted by pandemic 5. Have good value

Cons

1. The "old style" conservative company still feels thick enough, bunch of boomer still have authority there. 2. Facilitate all the youth and fresh idea spirit, but lack of actualization, feels like only for gimmick 3. not really good to blooming your technical skills, this is place where you more like to contribute then to gain skills. 4. The company known for giving their employee training, but seems not ini my function/division 5. The concept and value are more than actualization

- The senior managements really care about the growth of their intern; thus, as an intern, I learned a lot about the role (strategy and partnership) and also about the company itself. - Had the chance to improve my communication and teamwork skills during my internship period, as I had the chance to present the project summary to the executive management.

Cons

- I believe Astra Digital team is doing their best to also support their intern; thus, as for now, I do not have any cons to the role and the company itself.
