      Overall the work was good as a first employer in safety in clinical trials. Good atmosphere and management and good compensation.

      Cons

      Tasks were dull after a year. During database locks workload was big and we had to do non-paid overtime.

Despite receiving interviews from peer organizations, I did not receive a single recruiter interaction. I fully understand the competitiveness of hiring, but such a complete lack of engagement raises questions about potential overreliance on AI screening or unintended bias.
