      Based on your performance in a given year you will get minimum 8% hike for sure apart from your variable pay. This increment will be on your net pay excluding the variable pay which is a good \ positive one.

      Cons

      You should provide all the supporting data about your accomplishment during your appraisal discussion. Otherwise it will be tough to get the expected hike.

I fully understand the competitiveness of hiring, but such a complete lack of engagement raises questions about potential overreliance on AI screening or unintended bias.
