Pros
Great work environment with all the resources needed to complete the project goals. Fantastic group of employees which makes for an enjoyable and positive work environment.
Cons
The California research sites have been closed and consolidated at the headquarters in Maryland, so many of us will have to relocate to MD to keep our positions. Working with other departments is not always straight forward as the goals of the individual departments are not always the same so collaborating can be challenging.
