Lack of transparency and support systems one of the worst - Procurement Manager AstraZeneca Employee Review

HR support in India one of the worst. Employee salary components are decided by the whims and fancy of local HR (Bangalore). I was in a global role based out in Bangalore and the support was pathetic. Even though I resigned in October, they didnt think it was apt to pay my bonus. The worst part is that they decided this and at no point of time the employee was consulted or informed. The HR practices and support is pathetic.
